身高165公分的周采詩，去年拍戲被導演嫌瘦，便增肥到54公斤，後來又努力瘦身6公斤，胖瘦自如猶如橡皮般。周采詩的臉小，自稱巴掌臉無誤，朋友都笑她臉小所以腦袋一定也小，對此她大喊：「太壞啦！雖然臉小，但我相信智商有135呢！」（路韋豪／綜合報導）
