這樣的格局是不是有點怪怪的

各位好，要準備買人生中第一間房子了

看了一間預售屋，室內實際可用坪數(扣掉陽台跟雨遮)大概22坪

格局圖如下:

想請問一下這樣的格局是不是怪怪的

我覺得怪怪的地方是

1.一進門就是一間廁所

2.比較大的小孩房在廚房旁邊

3.主臥室的比例是不是過小

希望有經驗的版友能提供意見
