大人也要看書！江揆要全民閱讀

國人的閱讀習慣反應了「小時了了、大未必佳」？行政院長江宜樺上午在院會中有感，國人小時較有閱讀興趣，國人的閱讀習慣不能止停留在中小學，應設法營造營造全國閱讀的風氣與空間，除了中小學推廣閱讀外，高中職以上及成人後的社區閱讀，也應設法獎勵及提倡，希望所有部會一起投入。

江宜樺在會中說，知識變化快，如何閱讀增加自身能力也是關鍵，閱讀不是只在中小學，而是能夠全面推廣，包括在車站、醫院、民宿旅館、寺廟、社福機構、銀行、區公所、等地，都可設置空間讓人享受閱讀樂趣，期盼各部會首長鼓勵所屬機關，協助營造全國閱讀的風氣與空間，也鼓勵民眾捐書分享閱讀的喜悅。

行政院會上午聽取教育部報告推廣閱讀情形。報告中指出，國際學生能力評量計畫(PISA)顯示，2012年時，我國15歲青少年閱讀素養已經躍升全球第8名，比起2009年的23名，進步15名。且高分群人數明顯增長、低分群下修，呈現均值發展。
