江宜樺要求建立嚴密食安管理鏈

行政院長江宜樺在行政院會聽取農委會「強化農漁畜產品安全之改進措施」報告後表示，做好食品安全管理，是政府非常重要的工作，目前已有環境保護與食品安全聯繫會報，作為部會間溝通協調平台。請農委會、衛福部、環保署善用平台，從環境端、生產端、加工端以至銷售端，建立嚴密的食安管理鏈。讓台灣農業不僅以技術、品質聞名國際，更要以安全顯耀國際，進而成為拓展外銷市場的利器。

農委會表示，為落實安全農業及維護消費者食用安全，將持續推動健全農漁畜產品安全供應體系、加強生產端管制及輔導農民安全用藥，致力各項農漁畜產品安全管制與輔導工作，強化各階段藥物殘留監測。對於市售抽驗不合格的農漁畜產品，將積極配合衛生單位的抽驗結果，落實溯源追蹤管理工作，以確保農漁畜產品安全。
