11天威債 今起暫停交易

大陸新能源行業企業債再出狀況，廣州日報報導，保定天威保變電氣公司因連兩年虧損，發行的「11天威債」將從今（13）日起暫停上市。這是繼「11超日債」之後，又一檔因公司業績虧損而被暫停上市交易的債券。

11超日債因發行公司超日太陽能連續虧損，去年7月被暫停交易；今年3月7日超日因無力全額償付到期的利息，成為大陸債券市場首個公司債違約案例。

11天威債由天威保變於2011年發行，總額為人民幣16億元（約新台幣79億元），期限7年，票面利率為5.75%，附第5年末發行人上調票面利率選擇權和投資者回售選擇權。該債券最新信用評級為AA+。天威保變的主營業務包括輸變電業務及新能源業務。年報顯示，該公司2013年虧損人民幣52.33億元，2012年虧損人民幣15.5億元。天威保變將虧損歸因於替代能源業走弱，並稱將集中精力生產傳統電源變壓器。

天威保變11日公告，公司已連兩年虧損，據上海證交所規定，公司債不再符合上交所債券質押式回購交易的基本條件。自13日起，上交所將不再作為回購質押券納入質押庫，並停止債券質押式回購入庫申報。昨日股價重挫5.1%至人民幣4.29元。
