【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】美股消息面：

1.歐盟就制裁俄羅斯的措施達成一致，包括資產凍結與旅遊禁令等，預訂於周一歐盟外長會議上通過，將成為冷戰結束後歐盟首度對俄羅斯實施制裁的行動。美國、瑞士、土耳其、日本與加拿大都將緊密配合歐盟的行動，以確保制裁措施發揮預期的效果。

2.美國能源情報署出具的數據顯示，上周美國原油庫存增加620萬桶，遠超出市場預期的200萬桶，周三原油期貨跌至1個月低點。美國原油庫存已連續第八周增加。

3.中國信貸問題升溫，銅價跌勢擴大，加上烏克蘭緊張情勢升高，使資金湧向黃金市場，周三黃金期貨創下6個月新高。

4.歐洲央行日前維持貨幣政策不變，歐元兌美元漲0.4％至1.3915美元，創下2年高點。避險需求升溫，日圓兌主要貨幣持續走強。
