柯達任命克拉克 接掌執行長

（中央社台北2014年3月12日電）伊士曼柯達公司任命旅行社Orbitz Worldwide Inc. (OWW) 董事長克拉克（Jeff Clarke）擔任新執行長，接替前執行長培瑞斯。

現年52歲的克拉克在加入柯達（Eastman KodakCo. US-KODK）之前，為他共同創辦的私人投資公司Augusta Columbia Capital執行合夥人。

他在2006年到2011年間曾任Travelport Inc.執行長，負責以43億美元賣給百仕通集團（BlackstoneGroup LP US-BX）的出售案，及2007年Orbitz事業的首次公開募股（IPO）。

柯達賣掉照相底片等事業後，去年走出破產困境並成為規模較小的公司，為商業印刷和包裝業製造設備。柯達表示，克拉克擔任CA Inc.營運長和惠普公司（Hewlett-Packard Co. US-HPQ）執行副總裁等這些與企業客戶共事的經驗，將對柯達的企業市場有幫助。

柯達表示，2005年來就擔任執行長的培瑞斯（Antonio Perez）將成為公司的特別顧問。（譯者：中央社陳昱婷）
