索羅斯：歐洲經濟面臨25年停滯

（中央社台北2014年3月12日電）億萬富豪投資人索羅斯（George Soros）表示，歐洲經濟面臨25年的日本式停滯，除非政治人物追求歐元區進一步整合，並改變讓銀行不太願意放貸的政策。

現年83歲的索羅斯今天在倫敦接受彭博電視訪問指出，儘管2010年以來困擾歐洲的立即性金融危機「已結束」，歐洲仍面臨將當地分裂成債權國與債務國的政治危機。在此同時，他說，銀行業被鼓勵通過壓力測試，而不是透過提供企業資金來提振經濟。

索羅斯接受拉夸（Francine Lacqua）專訪時指出，歐洲「可能撐不過25年的停滯」。「你必須對整合再加把勁。你必須解決銀行問題，因為歐洲在整頓銀行業方面落後世界其他地區。」

對於歐元區的構成方式，以及希臘與西班牙等負債國在危機高峰時實施的預算刪減，索羅斯不斷提出批評。他說，有必要端出更多「激進政策」，以避免「長期」停滯。

索羅斯表示，歐洲銀行股「股價低落」，此刻是投資「良機」。他說，由於歐洲銀行業試圖縮減資產負債表並提高資本，以通過歐洲中央銀行（ECB）的壓力測試，因此將面對「非常艱困的1年」。（譯者：中央社徐崇哲）
