2月買新機車 竟收到去年罰單

罰單也會穿越時空？花蓮縣玉里鎮陳姓男子今年2月新買的機車才掛牌，竟然收到去年底的罰單，讓他氣炸了，跑去找監理站申訴，經查發現原來是烏龍罰單。

玉里鎮陳姓男子今年2月初在花蓮購買1輛庫存的重型機車，當月6日才掛牌，卻在本周收到高雄開出的罰單，指陳男未繳交強制汽車責任險，應繳納1500元罰鍰，時間寫違規日「去年11月16日」，讓陳男當場氣炸。

「今年2月才買的車，為什麼收到去年11月的罰單？」陳男氣的拿出機車行照，證明確實是今年2月6日才掛牌，機車里程數也僅41公里，「最好我騎41公里可以來回花蓮高雄。」直斥罰單是「穿越時空而來，太烏龍！」

花蓮監理站玉里分站長李發盛解釋，收到陳男的申訴後，監理站立刻調閱違規單資料，發現是高雄市違規裁決所入案時，將車牌的英文字E錯打成Z，導致這起烏龍罰單。

李發盛指出，因電腦系統無法即時發覺車牌為空號，又每月都會追蹤一次強制責任險檔案，以至於今年2月才購車掛牌的陳男會收到罰單，未來將會通知監理所資訊室，補足電腦系統漏洞。
