11年前涉性侵判9年 發監台中監獄執行

涉嫌寄麵包蟲恐嚇藝人蕭敬騰等名人及警方的賴錦賢前晚落網，由於賴嫌在十一年前性侵高中女生被依加重強制性交罪判刑九年定讞，賴棄保潛逃被台中地檢署通緝，刑事警察局昨將他解送台中地檢署歸案，由執行科檢察官發監台中監獄執行。

判決書指出，賴錦賢九十二年八月一日，在媒體刊登「漫畫網路生活館」應徵早中晚女店員，並供膳宿，當時一名年僅十六歲的高二女生前往應徵。

賴嫌佯稱安排被害女生至網咖店實習，要求女生騎機車載他到東海大學附近的分店，被害人騎機車載他往大度山方向行駛，途經南屯區望高寮時，賴持刀抵在被害人脖子，恐嚇稱「我殺掉兩個人，再多殺一個也無所謂」，性侵被害人得逞，賴事後騎機車載被害人回市區，途中尿急如廁，被害人乘機逃離。
