南檢辦案保密　衛福部不知正義食品案調查進度

正義食品公司摻飼料油做成食用油，再爆食安事件。行政院長江宜樺下午主持食品安全會議，了解此案進度。與會官員說，因台南地檢署偵辦過程保密，衛福部無法即時掌握訊息，因此，法務部建議，未來各地方檢察官應將民生打擊犯罪小組調查案件，向上通報到最高檢察署，把偵辦資訊也讓衛福部等行政部門知悉，以便行政調查，加速掌握具體罪證。

與會官員說，南檢去年1月偵辦回收廢油小蜜蜂案時，就發現此案，但在辦案過程中極度保密，連高雄地檢署偵辦強冠的餿水油案時，分案給南檢，南檢也未提及已在查辦此案，昨天南檢舉行記者會公布案情時，衛福部都傻眼，「因為都不知道案情的進展。」

官員認為，雖然司法獨立辦案，偵查不公開，但這類與民生有關的案件應該讓行政部門也了解，才可以馬上處理，而且也不影響司法獨立調查，「不理解南檢為什麼這麼保密？」

據了解，法務部長羅瑩雪在行政院會上也強調，儘管偵查不公開，但和公眾利益有關的案件，應讓行政部門了解，如能把偵辦資訊也讓衛福部等行政部門知悉，也有利於行政調查，加速掌握具體罪證。(徐珮君／台北報導)
