憂汙染補償斷 台南里民陳情

（中央社記者謝佳珍台北7日電）部分台南地區居民今天到行政院抗議，要求繼續編列中石化安順廠污染地區居民生活照顧經費；行政院副祕書長蕭家淇允諾再協調。

包括台南市鹿耳里、顯宮里、四草里等受中石化戴奧辛污染地區民眾，今天到行政院抗議；民主進步黨籍立法委員陳亭妃、黃偉哲等也到場聲援。

抗議民眾要求行政院在中石化安順廠污染源尚未清淤完成前，必須繼續編列「中石化安順廠污染地區居民生活照顧、健康照護計畫」預算經費，不能停止。

一名抗議民眾哭著說，「你們在台北吹冷氣，不知道我們的土地被戴奧辛污染的苦，10月底不再發補助費了，怎麼生活？」

代表行政院出面接下陳情書的蕭家淇說，民眾的心聲政府都聽到了，行政院會再繼續協調。1031007
