李克強：尸位素餐就是腐敗

中共當前正積極打擊官場貪腐，大陸國務院總理李克強對何謂「腐敗」提出新定義。他指出，「尸位素餐本身就是腐敗，不作為的『懶政』也是腐敗！」

據中國政府網消息，李克強8日在國務院部門主要負責人會議上表示，「有勤無廉，政失之於公，有廉無勤，政失之於慵。廉和勤是一枚硬幣的兩面，做不到廉是腐敗，做不到勤也是變相腐敗。」

李克強說，再好的決策部署沒人去抓也是一紙空文。今年6、7月，國務院派出8個督查組對政策落實情況進行了督查，並建立了督查的長效機制。對於督查中發現的問題，要列出清單，明確整改時限，落實整改責任，決不允許「走過場」。

他強調，「尸位素餐本身就是腐敗，不作為的『懶政』也是腐敗！」李克強要求，「對那些混日子、不作為、得過且過的行為，要嚴厲問責，確保今年經濟社會目標如期完成。」
