正義油品事件補破網 衛服部1個月內稽查全國600家油商

頂新集團旗下正義油品的食用豬油混到飼料油，衛福部次長許銘能今(9)日說，正義油品涉及鑫好公司的豬油品項共37項，但已要求正義油品須自主下架68品項。同時，會在1個月內完成全國600家油品業者的稽查。

許銘能今天上午在立法院社會福利及衛生環境委員會表示，已經要求正義封存有疑慮產品並先行自主下架，也發函請台南地檢署提供相關事證。

許銘能說，根據初步查核結果，正義自民國101年9月至103年9月生產豬油產品共計68品項，針對鑫好公司從今年2月到9月涉及的豬油品項共37項，有230個下游業者，但還須進一步調查違法事證後確認。

如果確定業者利用飼料油混充食用油牟利，許銘能說，依食品安全衛生管理法可處新台幣6萬元以上5000萬元以下罰鍰，且可處5年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科或併科800萬元以下罰金。

許銘能還強調，會馬上稽查全國600家油品業者，1個月內完成稽查，一有結果馬上宣布。
