挪威人權獎 花落俄律師

挪威拉夫托基金會（Rafto Foundation）25日將年度人權獎頒給俄羅斯律師齊可夫（Pavel Chikov）和他領導的法律援助團體，表彰他們捍衛公平審判的權利。

拉夫托基金會說，36歲齊可夫及艾格拉（Agora）因協助維權人士、部落客、記者和非政府組織對抗俄羅斯政府機構的不法行動，而被遴選為得獎人。

基金會讚揚艾格拉紀錄政府濫權，收集的報告詳述侵犯人權事件，並把焦點放在媒體鮮少報導的領域。

拉夫托基金會過去有四名得獎人後來獲諾貝爾和平獎，分別是緬甸的翁山蘇姬、東帝汶的霍塔（Jose Ramos-Horta）、南韓金大中和伊朗的艾巴迪（Shirin Ebadi）。
