男猛追單親媽 躲床下被女兒抓包

新北市陳姓房仲男去年底與大他19歲，已離婚的陳姓女子交往，姊弟戀情僅維持8個月。陳男疑似想挽回這段姊弟情緣，今年8月三度持複製鑰匙侵入騷擾，還涉嫌動手傷人。警方訊後依傷害、妨害自由罪嫌將陳嫌移送法辦。

從事房仲業的陳姓男子（27歲）去年底經友人介紹，結識現年46歲，已離婚、育有一女，擔任國小老師的陳姓女子。經陳男猛烈追求下，姊弟戀感情迅速昇溫，不到2個月，陳男搬入陳女住處一起同居。

甜蜜的兩人世界生活，也因同住一個屋簷下，常為了個性及一些生活小事，雙方價值觀不同，出現意見不合，經常發生口角爭執。今年7月陳女主動向陳男提出分手。

心有不甘的陳男，早已悄悄複製三把鑰匙，涉嫌二度偷偷侵入陳女住處，躲在床下或浴室，都被陳女女兒「抓包」，陳女不堪其擾，8月申請家暴令。不料，陳男仍不死心，8月中三度上門又在躲床下被當場揪出。

陳男見陳女報警，涉嫌出手阻止，陳女手臂遭抓傷，警方趕抵當場逮捕陳男。前兩次住處遭入侵，陳女僅換鎖、沒收鑰匙，並未提告，沒想到陳男還來第三次，這次堅持提告，警方訊後依法將陳男移送法辦。
