強冠12項產品通過GMP認證　香豬油恐使認證全撤銷

強冠公司製成的全統香豬油驚爆摻有餿水油，同時也傳出強冠公司竟然是GMP廠商！經濟部工業局4日表示，檢調單位查獲的問題油品「全統香豬油」並非GMP認證產品，但強冠公司有12項產品通過GMP認證，初步查證這12項產品並沒有添加回收油，已請驗證機構深入追查中，一旦確認此次回收油事件強冠違法屬實，將撤銷強冠的GMP認證資格。

工業局表示，經查強冠公司生產的烘焙用油脂至少75項以上，目前已通過GMP認證的產品有12項，初步查證，這12項產品並沒有添加回收油，目前正請驗證機構食品工業發展研究所深入追查中

工業局指出，目前檢調單位查獲有問題的「全統香豬油」，並非GMP認證產品，但此次回收油事件如確認強冠公司違反食品衛生管理法屬實，由於其行為已損害食品GMP認證體系形象及公信力，基於誠信原則及維護消費大眾食品安全，將依據食品GMP認證體系實施規章第18條，取消強冠公司生產線食品GMP的認證資格及認證標誌使用權。

由於去年爆發黑心油品事件，才剛檢討的食品GMP制度自今(2014)年4月1日起實施精進措施，緩衝期為1年，預定於明(2015)年4月1日起全面實施，採全廠同類產品全數驗證。

依據食品GMP精進規定，假如強冠公司無法在緩衝期間全數產品通過GMP認證，其GMP認證資格也將無法延續。
