《外交政策》讚遭斬首記者　勇敢優秀

「伊斯蘭國」今日再公布斬首記者影片，當中遭斬首者應為美國記者索特洛夫(Steven Sotloff)，他曾為《時代》、《外交政策》等雜誌供稿，1年前在敍利亞失蹤。《外交政策》表示，對他的去世感到悲痛，讚揚他是勇敢和優秀的新聞工作者。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
