高雄港中油樹脂外洩 150餘人不適就醫

高雄港62號碼頭前鎮中油儲運所今天輸送「精緻樹脂液」到香港籍化學品船，輸送過程中樹脂液外漏。漏出的油脂散發異味，入夜後飄散至旗津一帶，至晚間10時多，已有151人感到不適，出現嘔吐、噁心、頭暈等現象，紛紛自行上醫求診，其中有3人症狀較嚴重，已轉診治療。

高雄市環保局到現場稽查，驗出三甲基苯、甲基苯，依空汙法32條，罰中油100萬元。

高雄市環保局主祕張瑞琿表示，預估洩漏量是1.613噸，三甲基苯會造成頭痛、頭昏眼花、噁心、平衡感降低等症狀。環保局依空汙法第32條，公私場所之固定汙染源因突發事故，大量排放空氣污染物時，負責人應立即採取緊急應變措施，並於一小時內通知當地主管機關。中油沒有即時通報，重罰100萬元。
