日元要貶多少才夠？瑞銀︰跌到120才能真正救經濟

《彭博社》周五（29日）報導，瑞銀（UBS）日本首席投資總監 Fumio Nakakubo 認為，必須跌到 1 美元兌 120 日元，才能真正提振通膨，從而減輕日本沉重的債務包袱。

Nakakubo 將日本比喻成負債 120 萬美元的人，每年除了將 5.3 萬美元薪資耗盡外，還借款 4 萬美元。

他強調，提高通膨是日本降低負債的唯一選擇，但必須注意切勿落入惡性通膨。

據估計，日本 2015/16 財年需要 25.8238 兆日元用於債務還本付息，金額創下紀錄新高，顯示該國公共債務如滾雪球般擴大。

為挽救經濟，日本安倍政府持續大動作壓低日元，去年日元貶值幅度達 18%，但今年截至目前已上漲 1.5%；周五早盤日元續升，暫報 103.658。

投資機構 Mint Partners 全球策略師 Martin Malone 認為，「不久的將來」日元就會跌到 1美元兌 110 日元。

日本官方周五公布，7 月核心消費者物價指數 (CPI) 較一年前上漲 3.3%，漲幅與 6 月持平，符合分析師預期；去除 4 月份消費稅提高的效應後，7 月份日本核心 CPI 僅較去年同期上升 1.3%，仍符合預估。

三菱日聯研究顧問 (Mitsubishi UFJ Research and Consulting) 經濟學家 Shinichiro Kobayashi 擔憂，日本通膨恐怕難以升溫，因受到經濟疲軟阻礙。
