會考成績細分 教部：方案之一

（中央社記者陳至中台北28日電）媒體報導教育部有意將國中教育會考成績從「3等級4標示」進一步改為10級，教育部澄清，僅是討論中的方案之一，也只會在部分就學區「比無可比」的狀況下使用。

教育部國民及學前教育署長吳清山表示，會考「3等級4標示」的設計不會改變，但因基北、中投等就學區希望能再細分等級，便提出一個方案，提供中等程度以上學生「量尺分數」。

「這只是一個構想，不是最後方案」，吳清山表示，104學年度免試入學超額比序中的「志願序」項目，將採群組計分，即前幾個志願將同分。加上單一學校免試名額將達50％以上，部分學校擔心會有「同分」現象，必須增額或抽籤，才會提出上述方案。

吳清山強調，就算最後方案通過，也不會全國通用，而是少數幾個就學區在「比無可比」的狀況下才會用到。

不過上述討論中的方案，已引起教育團體關注，全國家長團體聯盟等團體今天上午到教育部門口陳情，盼勿增加等級。

全家盟副理事長謝國清表示，教育部不斷向菁英家長讓步，讓其他家長不滿，會考是檢測國中學習成果，不該作為升學的依據，原本「3等級4標示」的設計，是為了解決免試超額比序問題，如果再細分等級，就會變回升學考試。1030828
