調查局辦張顯耀「外患罪」 高檢：資料不足

陸委會前副主委張顯耀因涉洩密而離職接受調查，負責偵辦的調查局表示，張涉違反國家機密保護法，全案將朝「外患罪」方向偵辦，並於今（21）天下午至高檢署報請指揮偵辦。然而高檢署認為，現有資料不足以證明張有觸犯「外患罪」，因此要調查局先回去補足資料，再重新送件報請指揮。

今天下午，調查局國家安全維護處長陳榮富與多名調查官前往高檢署，商議張顯耀案件繫屬。經過將近1小時討論後，高檢署襄閱主任檢察官郭文東代表發言，指出調查局送來資料不完整，已請調查局盡速補送。

至於張案是否屬於高檢署管轄案件，郭文東表示，要等資料補齊之後才能知道。

根據《蘋果日報》報導，調查局過濾張顯耀在陸委會副主委任內經手的7成公文中，發現有近10件被陸委會依《國家機密保護法》核定為「密」或「機密」等級，因此認為具備具體事證，將張顯耀以「外患罪」嫌疑人立案調查。
