《科技》7月北美半導體設備B/B值1.07，連10月逾1

【時報記者沈培華台北報導】國際半導體材料產業協會(SEMI)公布，7月北美半導體設備製造商訂單出貨比(B/B Ratio)為1.07，雖較6月的1.09略為下滑，但已是連續10個月在1以上，顯現全球半導體景氣仍穩健。

SEMI表示，北美半導體設備製造商2014年7月訂單出貨比B/B值1.07，連續10個月守穩1，創下自2009年7月至2010年9月期間以來，最長的連續紀錄。訂單出貨比1.07，代表半導體設備業者當月份出貨100美元，接獲107美元的訂單。高於1顯示景氣持續擴張。

SEMI指出，北美半導體設備製造商7月份的3個月平均訂單金額為14.1億美元，較6月的14.6億美元減少2.8%，但較去年同期的12.1億美元大增17.1%。出貨方面，7月北美半導體設備製造商的3個月平均出貨金額為13.2億美元，較6月的13.3億美元微減0.7%，相較去年同期的12億美元，仍成長9.4%。

SEMI指出，自今年以來，半導體設備訂單一直相當穩健。SEMI預計今年半導體設備將強勁成長。
