保實習醫學生權益 教部訂規範

教育部今天說，為保障實習醫學生權益，已訂規範，納入實習值勤時間等規定，並列醫學系和醫院評鑑參考。

醫師勞動條件改革小組今天舉行記者會，會中指出實習醫學生權益沒有保障，值班時薪不到新台幣40元，還可能面臨過長工時、工作疲勞等狀況，更提升針扎等意外事件的發生機率，希望和醫院之間的雇傭關係能夠承認，並納入勞健保。

教育部高等教育司表示，為維護實習醫學生實習權益並兼顧學習目的，已多次邀勞動部、衛福部、各公私立醫學校院及醫學生代表等共同開會研議，並訂定「實習醫學生臨床實習指引」，研訂醫學生實習內容、時數及方式相關規範。

高教司表示，除了規範大專院校應為醫事類科學生實習期間投保學生保險和傷害保險外，也規定實習醫學生每週值勤工時不得超過88小時，每月每週平均工時不得超過80小時等，規範也將列入教育部對醫學系相關評鑑指標及衛生福利部「教學醫院評鑑基準」參考。
