幫前主播抓猴 徵信員判無罪

前緯來體育台主播張?嫻（見圖，取自臉書），2年前因懷疑老公王凱平有外遇，雇用徵信社人員跟拍，不料被王發現反挨告。高院審理後認為，徵信業者跟拍的地點，都在公開場所，不構成妨害祕密罪，昨日判3名徵信社人員無罪確定。張女一審獲判無罪，檢方未上訴已告確定。

張女與王男愛情長跑6年，於98年間結婚，婚後育有1女，而張女為了家庭淡出螢光幕。她在前年因懷疑王與林姓女子有曖昧，於是以每天1萬2000元的代價，委託3名徵信社人員跟監丈夫行蹤。

愛情長跑6年疑有小三

徵信業者連續跟拍2個月，果然拍到王男與林女牽手摟腰逛街等畫面，夫妻因而感情決裂。王男反以自己座車遭人偷裝GPS衛星追蹤器為由，控告張女與3名徵信社人員涉犯妨害祕密罪嫌。

公開場合 跟拍2個月

一審認定，沒有證據證明張女與徵信社人員偷裝GPS衛星追蹤器，或以非法偷拍方式跟監，判4人無罪。檢方不服判決，只對3名徵信社人員提起上訴。

高院勘驗徵信社的蒐證影片後發現，3名徵信社人員所拍的跟監影片及照片，都是在公共場所拍攝，不構成妨害祕密罪。
