美增派130名軍事顧問到伊拉克

（中央社加州聖地牙哥2014年8月12日綜合外電報導）美國國防部長黑格（Chuck Hagel）今天表示，歐巴馬政府增派130名軍事顧問到伊拉克北部，評估人道任務的範圍。

華府正設法協助伊拉克，遏止強硬派好戰分子所構成的威脅。

法新社報導，黑格表示：「我向總統建言，總統授權我這麼做，並新派遣約130名成員到伊拉克北部阿比爾（Arbil）地區更密切檢視情況，並更深度評估，看有哪些地方我們能夠繼續提供協助。」

黑格在加州向部隊表示，這批軍人已經在今天稍早抵達伊拉克庫德斯坦自治區（Iraqi Kurdistan）首府阿比爾附近的地區。

路透社報導，部分伊拉克平民因「伊拉克與黎凡特伊斯蘭國」（Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant）受困在辛賈爾山（Sinjar Mountain），流離失所，目前美軍空投物資提供協助。

根據聲明，美國國防部1名官員說，這批派遣到伊拉克北部的軍人將「評估人道任務範圍，並建立額外的人道協助選項」。（譯者：中央社林亭儀）
