（中央社台北2014年8月13日電）彭博報導，推特（Twitter Inc. US-TWTR）發現在吸引用戶注意和互動中，將貼文（tweet）中置入影片剪輯具有效果，將推出影片廣告以尋求拓展營收來源。

總部位於舊金山的推特在部落格中指出，這項試驗性服務將讓市場商人支付用戶在這個微網誌網站點擊收看影片的每次費用。

推特今年稍早時，已在推文中增添影片播放功能。

執行長科斯特羅（Dick Costolo）正尋求方法自推特2.71億用戶創造更多利潤。在此之前，推特競爭者─臉書（Facebook Inc. US-FB）已推類似動作，希望藉以取得更大的數位影片廣告市場。

根據研究公司eMarketer，美國數位影片廣告市場料擴增42%至59.6億美元規模。

資訊科技業調查及諮詢公司─顧能（Gartner Inc.）分析師布勞（Brian Blau）表示：「影片對推特而言是件大事」，「影片是推特產品中最大缺憾。臉書靠影片已超前許多。」（譯者：中央社徐睿承）
