請教vivotab note 8外接顯示卡到LCD螢幕？

各位前輩好, 剛手滑刷了vivotab note 8, 若回家有大螢幕需要外接以方便文書作業時, 已爬文有種'USB外接顯示卡'可輸出到螢幕, 請問....
1. 剛查了該外接產品, 好像都沒寫到'可支援win8'？有人用過ok嗎？
2. usb2跟usb3對外接影像或看影片來說真的有差很多嗎？是否也要挑好的晶片[不過每家產品介紹都沒寫哪種晶片就是了]？
3. 剛找了一下有KaiJet, UPMOST, Uptech, 伽利略, IOGEAR等牌子,不知大家的使用經驗是？有推薦哪一品牌或型號嗎？
