營養師開單 為銀髮族備健康餐

後壁稻稻來社區廚房已開張，提供應景龍眼，讓民眾自由享用。

「稻稻來」社區廚房開張了！本月起由無米樂幸福農村聯盟自主經營，提供社區銀髮族共餐，假日則供應外地遊客健康美味的在地米食料理。經理吳素月說，不僅是社區廚房，更是在地生活文化中心及民眾交流場域。

稻稻來社區廚房很不一樣，昨天供餐的蔬果，包括金瓜、地瓜葉、冬瓜、龍眼及皮蛋，都由社區居民樂捐，且由社區內學校營養師所開的菜單，比照學生營養午餐要求。後壁區菁寮、墨林等社區40多位長者，周一至周五中午在此共餐。到訪遊客也可預約體驗，電話（06）6622231。

文化局委外修繕稻稻來二期工程月前完工，現由無米樂幸福農村聯盟自主經營，並以冠軍米為主題，找來米師傅吳文宜開發米麵包及米麵條等特色米食。周六、周日販售起士核桃、紅豆、萄葡及蔓越莓米麵包、米太陽餅，配上玄米茶，成了一大賣點。
