《交通》花東鐵路又故障，影響百餘人

【時報-台北電】6月底才剛完工的花東鐵路電氣化，昨天晚間又發生電聯車「顧路」在單軌鐵道上，導致南下北上車輛都無法通過，經過搶救90分鐘後才恢復通車，其中從花蓮開往高雄的332車次自強號，因為延誤超過一小時，已達退費標準。

花東鐵路在上周，才在花蓮鳳林發生電線脫落意外，造成1200位旅客行程受到影響，昨天晚間又再度發生狀況。一輛從玉里發生開往台東的4648次電聯車，在停靠瑞和站後就動彈不得，司機員無法故障排除，才由原本在瑞源站等待交會列車的4653次電聯車，協助拖曳回瑞源站，鐵道才淨空。

台鐵指出，兩班受影響的電聯車因為屬於非對號列車，依照規定無法退費，但隨後延誤1小時的332車次，已達退費標準，由於事發已經是晚間8時許，影響的旅客僅百餘人。(新聞來源：中時即時 黃力勉)
