雲縣長參選人李進勇昨天將5項安全家園政見，拼貼在雲林縣地圖上。

民進黨雲林縣長參選人李進勇昨天發表「安全家園」政見，強調台塑六輕是國內最大石化廠，應經由這次氣爆事件的教訓，儘速制定石化產業專區特別法，並設置國助家級災害應變中心，實現雲林成為「安全家園」的理念。

李進勇提出的安全家園政見，包括經濟、土地、環境、勞動、婦幼及弱勢安全等5個項目，主張各鄉鎮市設置農業專業博物館、農業科學園區、農博生態景觀水域，為身心礙障者規畫行動沐浴車、活動中心改建成太陽能建築、加速汰換警用巡邏車撥交社區巡守隊使用等。

相對國民黨參選人張麗善提出免費營養午餐政見，李進勇也曾提「學童營養加值」白皮書，主張未來將供應每周一次免費牛奶，他針對其中差異，認為免費營養午餐不排富，只是選舉手法。

李進勇說，營養午餐免費的定位是福利政策，基本上是要有需求才給資源，目前雲林縣中低收入學童，都經由學校老師到府訪視，並全額補助，已沒有因付不起營養午餐而挨餓的學童，因此沒必要實施免費營養午餐。
