美俄關係持續惡化 美方指控俄國違反中程核武條約 呼籲盡速對談

《Reuters》報導，美國政府本週一宣布，莫斯科再度違反中程核武條約，呼籲美俄雙方盡速展開雙邊對談。

此舉顯示，美俄關係正明顯惡化。

該條約主要目的在於限制俄羅斯製造射程 500-5500 公里之巡弋飛彈。

美國政府官員在聲明中表示，這是自冷戰以來，史上最嚴重的美俄衝突事件。

美方目前並未說明俄國如何違反該條約。紐約時報今年一月份則曾報導指出，俄國一度試射巡弋飛彈。

美國國務院官員表示，目前俄國舉動尚未對美國與歐洲盟國構成軍事威脅，但這足以顯示，俄國正逐漸抹煞過去美俄致力減少危險武器生產的努力。

美方呼籲俄國盡快派出高階官員展開對話，確保雙方遵守條約規定。如俄國持續違反條約規定，美方將就此事徵求歐洲盟國意見，討論俄國舉動是否對各國集體安全造成影響。
