女將軍陳育琳 調馬防部政戰主任

國軍明年又將出現女將軍：現任陸軍第六軍團政戰副主任陳育琳，八月一日調任馬防部政戰主任，占少將缺，預計將於二○一五年元旦起升任少將。陳育琳是國軍歷史上第六位女將軍，也是金馬外島前線首度出現女性政戰主任。

陳育琳是政戰學校戲劇系七十七年班畢業，先生也是軍人，不過已經退伍。她曾擔任國防部女青年工作大隊最後一任隊長，去年七月十六日調任六軍團副主任。這次接任馬防部，也將成為政戰學校同年班的同學中，第一位掛上將星的幸運兒。

軍中人士指出，陳育琳在軍中表現頗獲長官肯定，原本就被看好有機會成為將軍。不過這次領先全屆同學升將官，應該仍與馬總統上月底在國軍將官晉任典禮上表示，希望拔擢女將軍的談話有關。

國軍前一位女將軍，是曾任國防部軍事發言人的池玉蘭少將，政戰七十二年班新聞系畢業，九十七年初占缺。池玉蘭已於今年五月退伍，不過隨即考取「上校以上軍官轉任公務人員」考試，又分發到國防部擔任文官。
