《傳產》鬼月北台灣推案，爆歷史天量

【時報-台北電】房市不怕鬼，只怕政府打房。根據住展雜誌昨（24）日最新調查，今年農曆鬼月期間北台灣都會區預售新屋推案量首度「破表」，創下2,466億元天量，是統計以來首次跨越2,000億關卡，較102年同期大增657億元、成長36.32％，業者儼然視鬼月為今年最後一波逃命波。

住展雜誌主編施絢傑表示，上述調查係針對7月27日至8月22日鬼月期間新推案量所作的統計。施絢傑指出，今年以來「月月打房」，年底七合一選舉前各種討好選民的打房政策紛紛出籠，業者為了避開選舉干擾、政策打壓，早就沒有檔期概念、推案沒有淡旺季，即使農曆鬼月也無所懼。

施絢傑分析，建商之所以拚命推案，主要還是為了躲避年底選舉干擾。如果拿到建照，不趁現在趕快公開銷售，則10月後選戰趨白熱化，買氣恐更平淡；尤其執政黨若敗選，市場預期房價下跌心理恐會加深，因此「此時不推、更待何時？」(新聞來源：工商時報─記者蔡惠芳／台北報導)
