中國國務院公布「關於加快新能源汽車推廣應用的指導意見」，意見書內明確點出將加快充電設施建置等措施；大陸加快新能源汽車發展將有利於上市公司康舒(6282)、台達電(2308)，康舒盤中大漲逾4%，台達電股價拉抬。

意見書內明確點出中國新能源汽車將由培植期升級為發展期，並透過充電設施的建置以及引導新商業模式來加快市場起飛，報告內要求未來地方與中央補貼不相排斥，消費者可享有雙補貼。

康舒應用於電動車內部系統包含輔助電源、驅動電源、車載充電，應用於外部充電設施的包含充電樁、充電站、充電積架、換電站；上半年公司以出貨充電積架給大陸兩大電網。
