美國6月成屋銷售上升2.6%至年率504萬棟 創10月以來高點

國家不動產協會(NAR)周二公布，美國6月成屋銷售上升2.6%至年率504萬棟，至10月以來高點，為連續第三個月上升。

接受MarketWatch調查的分析師平均預估，6月成屋銷售為上升至500萬棟，5月為489萬棟。勞工市場轉強，市場房屋增加，及房價漲勢冷卻，為推升銷售的因素。

NAR並修正5月成屋銷售至491萬棟。

NAR經濟學家Lawrence Yun說，市場情況變得更加平衡。

6月成屋銷售中間價格上升至223300美元，較去年同期上升4.3%。

6月成屋餘屋為230萬棟，以目前銷售速度而言，相當於5.5個月供應量。
