投顧師炒股案爆 佳總跌停

（中央社記者江明晏台北2014年7月18日電）新北地檢署調查股市黃姓投顧分析師涉炒股案，17日搜索包括佳總在內的多家股票上櫃公司，佳總今天股價開盤，直接打入跌停。

新北地檢署調查股市黃姓投顧分析師涉炒股案，調察局台北市調處17日兵分多路搜索多家投信及股票上櫃公司，約談25人。

金管會主委曾銘宗表示，此案是民國100至101年的舊案，但投信或上市櫃公司若涉及不法，金管會強力支持檢調偵辦，唯有抓出害蟲，才能還市場、產業更健康的環境。

黃男等人涉嫌針對佳總、佶優及萬潤科技等公司股票進行大量集中及反覆下單交易方式，違法操縱股票價格。

檢調初步掌握，黃男等人涉炒股不法獲利達新台幣1億2215萬5000元，疑因此導致多家共同基金及勞退、勞保基金損失，損失總額達6639萬多元。

佳總表示，配合檢調單位調查，基於誠信及資訊公開原則，公告相關訊息並靜待調查結果，調查過程中配合並提供必要的資料以供查核。

儘管佳總強調營運與財務一切正常，不受影響，今天股價開盤直接打入跌停，跌停價位10.95元還有超過1200張的賣單排隊。
