【動新聞】亂丟菸蒂拒罰　男竟吞下肚滅證

遭取締不服竟吞菸蒂！台北市1名男子日前亂丟菸蒂遭環保員取締，他辯稱「菸蒂被風吹走」，還將菸蒂撿起吞下肚滅證。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，警方表示，「吞菸哥」上周二到內湖三軍總醫院拜訪客戶，在路邊講電話時，順手丟棄菸蒂，全程被北市環保局陳姓環保巡查員錄下，當陳員上前要開罰時，吞菸哥辯稱「菸蒂被風吹走」，突然將地上的菸蒂撿起後吞下肚。吞菸哥與陳員爆發口角，吞菸哥竟報警控陳男搶奪、妨害自由。環保員在派出所向吞菸哥道歉，對方才不提告，但吞菸哥仍被開罰1200元。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
