台中／胡志強談福利 林佳龍：老調啦

台中市長胡志強昨召開記者會，強調台中財政好，才能提供獨步全國的多項福利。民進黨台中市長參選人林佳龍說，胡志強的福利措施老調重彈，應提出政策方針，而不是「放煙火」。

胡志強說，這些福利措施都是台中市民獨享、甚至勝過全國標準的，也不是借錢發放的；要有財政實力，才能力量造福市民，「與選舉無關」。

林佳龍說，老人假牙補助屬重要項目，高雄每年編列2億元，台南編3億，反觀台中，原只補助70歲以上老人，後來才調整到65歲，但只編列7000萬元。

台中市社會局長王秀燕說，記者會上整理的福利措施，屬於台中市民獨享或勝過全國標準的，老人假牙補助早已編列固定預算。
