之前傳出周迅和男友高聖遠，將在今年底舉行婚禮，並於今（16日）晚的《關愛特殊兒童ONE NIGHT公益晚會》演唱會上公布喜訊，但港媒卻傳出更大驚喜，有報導指，周迅不單只會宣布喜訊，而且還要在演唱會現場即刻舉辦婚禮。

會有此勁爆消息傳出，也是因為周迅的微博在今天晚間8點半，突然PO了一張她和高聖遠的婚紗照，只不過隨即又刪除，許多媒體都猜測，這就是兩人在演唱會之前，彩排婚禮的照片。

而且這次周迅會閃電舉行婚禮，其實有跡可尋，除了這次演唱會的主辦單位是周迅工作室之外，周迅特地請來的貴賓，都是她的好友，包括陳坤、韓庚、李宇春、佟大為等，似乎是希望能讓好友們，一起見證她的人生大事「結婚」。
