標題[請問] 為什麼要廣設大學?

如題 請問一下 為什麼當年政府要廣設大學呢??? 大學原本是一定的高階人才指標與個人代表性榮譽~ 廣設大學勢必造成平均素質的低落 高等教育的人才也就那些台交清成 以及中字輩的學生比較優而已 也不可能說廣設大學 大學數量變成一倍 優質人才平均水準也跟著成長一倍 請問為什麼當年還要廣設大學呢? 難道都沒專家預料到現今的後果嗎? 希望能得到滿意的答案 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 180.176.102.163 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1404795988.A.812.html
