南韓、土耳其達成服務與投資FTA

南韓貿易部公布，已與土耳其實質上達成服務投資相關的自由貿易協定（FTA），預定明年上半年完成簽訂，明年底前啟動。

韓聯社引述貿易部的話報導，這項FTA落實後，將與去年5月上路的貨物FTA相輔相成。南韓與土耳其先前曾因歧見過深，擱置服務與投資FTA談判長達17個月，直到去年8月才又重啟協商。

南韓助理貿易部長伍泰熙（音譯）說：「到了第七輪談判，雙方已大幅化解在服務與投資FTA文本的歧見，達成實質協議。」

這將是土耳其史上首度簽訂的服務與投資FTA；先前該國簽下的17項FTA只和貨物有關。

伍泰熙表示，去年5月韓、土貨物FTA實施後，接下來的一年裡雙邊貿易額激增逾30%至63億美元。目前兩國服務業貿易額約7.4億美元，最新談妥的FTA將有助大力推動雙邊服務業貿易。
