美評論凱瑞與馬總統是否會面

（中央社記者廖漢原華盛頓1日專電）美國國務卿凱瑞今天出席巴拿馬總統瓦瑞拉就職典禮，凱瑞是否會與總統馬英九互動，國務院官員強調「美國代表會和與會者握手」，發言人則說，目前沒正式或非正式會晤計畫。

曾3度採訪巴拿馬總統就職活動的美國記者，在凱瑞（John Kerry）出發前向國務院資深官員提問，「前國務卿鮑爾（Colin Powell）曾在巴拿馬活動中與台灣的總統握手，引起中方震怒。」

美國國務院資深官員回應說，「美國代表會和與會者握手。」

記者追問，「這次還會握手嗎？」官員重複問題後強調，「對此美方未有任何正式或非正式的安排。」

國務院發言人莎琪（Jen Psaki）30日在例行簡報中，回應總統馬英九出席巴拿馬總統就職典禮，同時出席活動的凱瑞是否有正式或非正式的談話安排等問題；莎琪說，「目前沒有計畫。」

前總統陳水扁於2003年11月過境紐約，前往巴拿馬出席百年國慶活動，陳水扁與鮑爾在午宴中兩度握手寒暄，並在紐約接受國際人權聯盟頒獎，引起北京強烈不滿。

馬總統是否與凱瑞握手互動，中華民國外交部方面強調「自然互動」。1030701
