押人簽近億本票 竹聯分會長落網

新北市陳姓大地主最近因土地買賣獲利上億，但黃姓親戚認為獲利分配不均而不滿，雙方因此對簿公堂，黃另找上竹聯幫龍堂分會長林政揚等人介入喬事，押走陳的高姓姊夫逼簽9600萬元本票，以逼陳親自出面處理，警方獲報逮捕林嫌4人，昨依違反組織犯罪條例等罪嫌移送法辦。

警方調查，綽號「牛奶」的林政揚，平日以新莊山區的一家觀音廟為據點，是竹聯幫龍堂裡的重要幹部，林並以「融幫」代書事務所為幌子，進行暴力討債。

新北市有一大家族因土地投資獲利分配不均引發紛爭，同為平輩的黃姓男子不滿陳姓男子分產較多，親戚反目，對簿公堂，在法院的官司訴訟多達10件。

黃並找上林嫌等人幫忙向陳討債，因林多次上門未找到陳，後知悉陳的高姓姊夫和他要好，乾脆押走高，揚言要對高的年邁雙親不利，最後逼他簽下9600萬元的本票，目的是逼陳親自出面。

但陳仍避不見面，去年3月間，林等人得知陳要到士林地檢署開庭的時間，林派了6、7名黑衣人在地檢署外盯人，嚇得陳向法警求救，才逃過一劫，士林分局受理報案介入調查，前天循線逮獲林嫌在內的4人。

林嫌供稱，因陳欠錢又不出面處理，他看不下去才會幫忙討債，警訊後，依恐嚇取財、違反組織犯罪條例等罪嫌將林等4人送辦。
