殺人伴屍4天 2男被訴

林姓男子因不滿小姨子疑似遭吳姓計程車司機性侵，4月29日夥同龔姓友人一同毆打並槍殺吳男，伴屍4天後棄屍於八掌溪涵洞下。5月6日向警方投案，嘉義地檢署2日偵結，依殺人等罪將2人起訴。

起訴書指出，21歲林男聽聞14歲小姨子遭吳男性侵，一怒之下便攜帶槍枝夥同33歲龔男，佯裝叫車釣出吳男，擬施予教訓，2人上車令吳開至嘉義縣水上鄉富邦駕訓場附近偏僻處。

林秀出手機內小姨子的照片興師問罪，吳辯稱不識，立即被坐在副駕駛座的龔男掌摑，吳拿出球棒反擊，2人搶下球棒並開始毆打吳，混亂之中林男拿出預藏槍枝朝吳開槍，吳頭部中彈開始求饒。

林命吳移至副駕駛座，吳跪在腳踏處向後座的林求饒，林再朝他額頭開槍，中彈後吳抽搐不已，龔見狀再拿出球棒朝他頭部猛打，鮮血四濺，當場死亡。

犯案後兩人返回龔男住處，將屍體移至另一車輛後車廂，因遍尋不著合適棄屍處，4天來開著載有屍體的轎車四處遊蕩，晚上伴屍而眠。

5月3日將發出惡臭的屍體載往水上鄉義興村堤防邊的水溝遺棄，6日向警方投案。檢方認為兩人均有意致吳男於死，分別依殺人罪、遺棄屍體和違反槍砲條例罪將2人起訴。
