LOL連進去後 馬上因為太久沒移動 而被系統自動退出

最近打LOL時 有時候 在讀取畫面要到100%時 總是要5分鐘左右 甚至10分鐘
然後終於跑到100%了 就遊戲崩潰 崩潰之後重新連線
一連進去 就跑出"重新連線中" 跑出後幾秒 就顯示我太久沒移動英雄 所以要自動退出遊戲

真的快受不了了 這到底要怎麼處理 求解
