泛綠結盟 議會席次拚過半

年底高雄市議會席次改選，民進黨將與台聯結盟，讓泛綠席次過半。民進黨高雄市黨部主委陳啟昱昨天說，市議會應選66席，「過半是指泛綠席次要有34席」。

台聯高雄市黨部主委楊定國也證實泛綠將結盟，而且他將從原來規劃參選的三民區轉戰前金、新興區，把三民區參選權讓給民進黨初選落敗的市議員黃淑美。

據透露，楊定國轉換參選區是由高雄市長陳菊居間喬定，黃淑美也說會努力尋求連任。

黃淑美在這屆市議員選舉是三民區最高得票，她爭取連任提名，但月前民進黨黨內初選民調她被擠出安全名單外，未獲提名。

昨天陳啟昱表示，只要黃淑美代表其他政黨參選，依民進黨黨章規定都要退黨。

陳啟昱說，拚市議員席次過半，民進黨提41人，他不認為是高額提名，也對選情樂觀；他說有多個過去藍營所掌握的基層農會，都肯定陳菊的政績也表態支持綠營參選人，才讓民進黨對選情正面看待。
