搶劫關20年 行竊遭逮又回籠

〔自由時報記者陳恩惠／台北報導〕北市60歲劉姓男子，年前才因重案假釋出獄，因無一技之長，在士林地區四處闖空門行竊，睡在車上躲警察一樣被逮。

「慘了！慘了！這次至少又要關5年以上了，再出來都民國幾百年啦，我都幾歲了！」劉嫌於警訊時，求爺爺告奶奶，希望警方不要將他犯案的次數算得那麼清楚，因為刑法採「一罪一罰」。

根據警方調查，劉嫌於民國83年時，因故與其他友人共組強盜集團犯案，結果落網就逮、被判25年定讞，自當時便一直在獄中服刑，直到年前因表現良好，獲得假釋機會出獄。

警方說，沒想到假釋的劉嫌不知悔改，認為自己與社會脫節太久、又無一技之長，於是動歪腦筋，想起天母地區有許多豪宅，出獄後整天到士林地區閒逛，見到大門未關上，便以闖空門方式進入被害人家中大肆搜刮，將值錢的物品全數變賣換錢度日。

警方根據影像，循線跟監多日，才在他的車上逮到他，也從車上找出大批賣不出去的贓物，警訊後依加重竊盜罪移送法辦，日後將擴大清查。
