吳敦義首主持中常會 未即時裁示

兼國民黨主席的總統馬英九出訪中美洲友邦，國民黨今天中常會，首次由兼第一副主席的副總統吳敦義主持。

今天除了副主席朱立倫外，其餘副主席郝龍斌、胡志強、洪秀柱、黃敏惠、曾永權等均出席。

會中由科技部長張善政報告「科技部施政方向及推動策略」。依以往慣例，專題報告後，主席通常都會立即作出相關裁示，不過今天吳敦義聽取完報告後並未裁示，而是直接請中常委發言，也引發採訪的記者一陣議論。

據指出，國民黨議事人員，事前已幫吳敦義備妥裁示講稿，吳敦義究竟是「忘了」，或是刻意不作裁示，並不得而知。
