建教班剩三分之一 教部否認

（中央社記者陳至中台北2014年7月1日電）媒體報導，「建教生權益保障法」上路後，業者紛紛解約，全台建教班萎縮只剩1／3。教育部則說，103年核定招生人數非但未減，還略微增加。

「聯合報」今天報導，建教生權益保障法原意是保障學生，但法規規定多，反而使廠商卻步，紛紛表態不願再續約。

教育部今天晚間反駁報導，強調建教生權益保障法102學年度上路，建教班核定招生名額從前一年的1萬3170人，減少到1萬1098人，雖有減少但絕無報載的「只剩1／3」那麼誇張。

103學年度核定招生人數是1萬1451人，比102學年度還略增353人。

教育部強調，建教生的目的是學習技能，而非提供勞務，建教生權益保障法主要是為了維護身心健康發展。如果法規過於嚴格，造成廠商卻步的情形，將於近期邀集勞動部、學校代表、業者等，檢討法律實施一年後的成效。
